The fuel is fed by the feed pipe (gear wheelpump, cutaway) to the
high-pressure pump. By turning the clamp screw grip,you see the
generation of the high pressure. On this modelboard, the most important
elements of the common rail injection unit can be setup and connected to
fuel lines. Further, the return passageof the fuel can be seen. On the
left and right of the cut- away manifold, youcan see the rail pressure
sensor and the rail pressure transmitter. From here, the fuel is pushed
intothe cutaway manifold and then enters the injectors.
